Before the massage

You’ll stay comfortably in your underwear. I use professional draping throughout the massage so you’re always securely covered and feel completely safe, respected and at ease.

Yes — please provide three large towels and one small towel. These are used on the massage table and for comfortable, professional draping.

I use 100% pure, natural, high-grade almond oil and essential oils chosen for comfort, safety, and effectiveness.

A clear area of around 2m x 3m is ideal. Most living rooms or bedrooms are perfectly suitable.

Yes — hotel visits are absolutely fine. I bring the equipment, and the process is exactly the same as a home session.

Yes – I travel across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & surrounding areas (see the list further up this page), bringing professional mobile massage directly to your home. To check your location, just send me a quick WhatsApp message.

Seven days a week, 8am–9pm — including same-day appointments.

Each session is 75 or 90 minutes. I don’t charge extra if we run slightly over — we’re not governed by the clock, but by making sure the work you need is done properly.

My standard treatment is the 75-minute Signature Massage — this length gives enough time for a full, balanced session without feeling rushed. You’re welcome to have a shorter massage or skip certain areas if you prefer.

If you’d like a longer, more calming session, I offer a Deep Relaxation Upgrade, which extends the duration to 90 minutes and allows extra time to slow the pace and finish the session in a deeply relaxed state.

The Signature Massage is £65, or £80 with the Deep Relaxation Upgrade.

Payment is made after the session, either by bank transfer or cash.

Yes — the pressure is fully adjusted to your preference, from relaxing and gentle through to strong, deep and focused.

While I don’t currently offer a specialist clinical/manual lymphatic drainage service, my slow, calming full-body massage style naturally supports many of the same benefits clients are often looking for — including relaxation, circulation, nervous system regulation and a lighter, less tense feeling in the body.

Clients often describe the treatment as deeply calming, restorative and grounding, with benefits that extend beyond just one area of the body.

Every massage is completely tailored to you. Before we begin, we’ll talk about your preferences, and during the session I’ll regularly check in to make sure the pressure feels right. You’re always in control – if anything feels too strong (or not strong enough), we simply adjust.

Massage doesn’t need to be painful to be effective. Many clients with sensitive muscles prefer a gentler, slower approach – and still experience wonderful relief, deep relaxation, and lasting results.

The goal is for you to feel safe, comfortable, and leave feeling soothed and restored.

Yes – I do massage pregnant women, with appropriate adjustments for comfort and safety.

Many women find massage during pregnancy deeply comforting and relaxing, helping to ease back, hip and shoulder tension, reduce stress, and support better rest.

Massage is suitable for low-risk pregnancies only, and sessions are adapted using gentle techniques and supportive positioning.

I offer pregnancy massage up to around 36 weeks, provided there are no complications and you’re feeling well.

Yes — I can provide back-to-back sessions for couples, partners or friends.

Yes — I offer personalised massage gift vouchers, and they’re always warmly received. The recipient gets a tailored 75-minute home massage, and you can even add a personal message or request a special song to finish their playlist. I take care of sending the voucher and arranging their session at a time that suits them. I also offer couples or family massages during the same visit if you’d like to treat more than one person. Just send me a quick message and I’ll set everything up for you.

Sometimes, especially if deep or focused work was done, you may feel moderate soreness the next day. This is normal and settles within 24–48 hours.
